We are a group that provides access to technology to disabled adults.
One of our clients is working on an illustrator project and has the
following problem. Can anybody help.

Our client is using the direct selection tool to select the handle of
a line. Once she has done this she then moves the point to change the
line. About 90% of the time, when she does this the whole object
disapears.

Any suggestions?
