Disappearing logos from pdf when print
We are trying to print pdf's from Adobe 7.0 Pro, and are occasionally losing white logos. (this is art supplied from client). This has happened when we create pdf's from InDesign and Illustrator CS2 (plus has happened before with CS). The graphics are not set to white overprint. The last time was an illustrator CS2 file. I saved as pdf. I can then see in Acrobat preview the logo, but when open up in Acrobat the logo is gone. If I open it in Mac preview program it is there, and prints correctly.
Any ideas of what I might try?

Are you very sure they are not set to overprint? This situation used to be common, usually graphics made in illustrator and they had an overprint attribute set in illustrator. When viewing, have 'simulate overprint' on.... use the separation preview in indesign, that has not let me down yet.

Turn ON the overprint PREVIEW modes in both Illustrator and Acrobat ....
