A message board is probably doable in DW if you have the time and
skills, but I suppose it would take a lot of the former. Why not take a
look at the many free message ( or "bulletin") boards available out
there? Find out which script your host supports, then go to e.g.
www.hotscripts.com and shop around, or directly to e.g.
www.ikonboard.com which IMHO is an excellent choice.

Scripts!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
First try scripts websites that offer free scripts for password and forums. Then it is a matter of cutting and pasting the scripts into dw. of course you will have to understand a little of scripts. DW makes it simple to use scripts in the pages.
