Disposition of tools in Illustrator ?!

First i would say sorry for my english but i'm french ;)

So my problem is the following :
Each time i close my soft, the tools are in the position i decide but when i restart it the tools take a default position. I mean that i can't change the disposition of the several tools !? I would keep a disposition i choose with character tool on the left for example !
I know that with mac it's easy but i never find the solution on windows !

Please could you help me ! I can't be more clearer than this because i haven't all the word to describe my problem but ask me if you don't understand me and i would try another time ;)
