Default Distiller creating only 3 page?

I have an excel file with 7 worksheets, when I go to 'print' withe Distiller, it only will create 3 pages at a time. I'm sure this is a simple fix, but I have no idea why it is doing this. Thank you very much for any suggestions.

Default Re: Distiller creating only 3 page?

This is no different then printing to paper.
Make sure distiller is selected as printer.
Select (high light) only the cells you want to print and then click on "set print area" for each sheet.
In "page setup", play around with the settings so you get exactly what you want in print preview.
"print preview" will show you what it will look like in PDF, but only the current sheet.
Select and set up each work sheet separately as discussed above.
When all work sheets show up as you want, select to print "entire workbook" (in the "file > print" check box)
    Good Luck.
