Distiller Won't Launch!
I am running CS Premium on a OSX machine. I crashed when getting an Acrobat 6.0.2 update, and it has caused all sorts of problems for me as the install wasn't complete.
Long story short - i reinstalled Creative Suite after removing every file, preference, etc. I could find relating to "Acrobat".
Acrobat 6.0 is launching with no problem, but Distiller won't launch. At all. I click on the icon, and it shuts down with no error message within about 3 seconds.
Can anyone help me to figure out what I might have removed that won't allow Distiller to startup?
The magazine close starts tomorrow, and I am getting desperate. Thanks!

Re: Distiller Won't Launch!
Did you ever solve your problem? The same thing is happening to me. I can create PDF files through Quark, but I can not launch Distiller on its own.

Re: Distiller Won't Launch!
Try to fix permissions. If that doesn't work, try to run the standard
unix cron jobs using a utility like Mac Janitor. The remove preference
files and that replace fonts with new copies.
