Distiller won't print anything, crashes everything
I have not been able to get Distiller working at all. I have tried to print from various office applications as well as AutoCAD & Mechanical Desktop. I get an error from Windows "document failed to print" then the application that I was attempting to print from locks up. Several co-workers have the same problems and we are wondering if there could be a conflict caused by another application, possibly AutoCAD?
Acrobat 5.0.1
Windows 2000 & XP Pro
One person in our engineering group has it working and we are configured the same as him, the only difference is he's on Acrobat 5.05.

Dan, There's no "Mac OS 9.3". When you restart your Mac, do you find the complete PDF in the Trash? -

Re: Distiller won't print anything, crashes everything
Acrobat 5.0.5 and Acrobat 6.0 are the only versions of Acrobat that have been tested in Windows XP. If you're on 5.0.0, you should update.
