Distilling from Indesign to PDF so formatting is maintained when text is pasted to other programmes
I have a PDF file that has been distelled from InDesign.
Text and / and or tables selected with 'columns select' or 'table select' loose formatting when pasted into Word and Excel - line spacing runs amok, font sizes are varied, line spacing closes up, table cells merge etc
With PDF files created from Quark I have not had this problem, tables come in cleanly etc
What / are there settings when making a PDF from InDesign that will enable formatting to be preserved when content is taken from PDf to other file types?
