Default Div borders displaying in editing mode

I'm kind of new to Contribute, and I'm setting up my first site in it. The
first thing I noticed is that Contribute breaks my layout by putting a border
on the bottom and right of all the divs with a position: absolute, or position:
relative. The divs that are floated are not outlined. I'd rather not use tables
for the layout, but I need the layout to remain intact when normal people edit
    their pages.

Is there a way to turn off the border display? I have not seen anything in the
menus. Could this be changed in an xml config file?

    Any help would be appreciated.

Default Re: Div borders displaying in editing mode

    Hi,

I guess since you have done the site in div's you are facing this problem.I
did a site in div's and my basic problem is that they dont appear perfectly
inside contribute, but they do in dreamweaver view. Have you had any problems
    with divs in contribute view?

Well, I am trying to find out whether there is a way to fix if the alignment
is wrong in contribute or not, or its just my coding for some reason.

Sorry, this message is not to help you, but I wish if you can help me out in
    answering my question.

PS - I had to use tables because of this aligment issue and it was a mess. :(

    Thanks
