<div> on a flash

Hi,

I'm trying to drew an html <div> on top (over) of a flash movie ..and both
browsers wont rander it .

how come?..

I write the flash in a <div z-index=1> and the other <div z-index=2> and it
won't go...

I have the same problem.. in the <div>-layer above the flash is an
i-frame with the content in it.
Works nearly fine in IE, but in mozilla/firefox you can't use the
scrollbars and things like that.. so it's displayed, but it isn't really
usable.
Please help!
