DMX 2004 Flash Componets-How do they talk to Dir?

Ok, I just DMX 2004, and am trying to play with the new "Componets".

The push button no longer works by attaching a script or behavior to it unless
you select "alwayspass" (or something like that) in the Flash componet
properties.

But how in the heck do you use the DVD Controller?

On the website it says just drag it on the stage, but that doesnt work, what
the heck is a "localConnectionSender" and a "localConnectionReciever"

I'm not a flash guy, dont really want to be, thats why i use director, do they
not give us some type of behaviors to control these new elements

If they're there & i'm just missing it, please let me know, but i'd really
like to have some better documentation on this, other than "drag it to the
stage"
