Do fireworks images with hotspots work in Dreamweaverframes?

[Tilemaker]

I am building a page in dream weaver using frame sets. In one frame I am using
thumbnail images to change the content (images) of another frame. In fireworks
I have added hotspots to those images which link to larger images. When I
preview the frameset in the browser, the fireworks links no longer function.
What am I doing wrong? Does fireworks work inside of dreamweaver frames?

What am I doing wrong? The fireworks image functions fine when I preview in
the browser from fireworks, but as soon as I put it into my dreamweaver frame
and preview in browser it doesn't work anymore. I'm not an expert...just basic
skills, so I need help.
