Do not want Auto Fill Forms
I'm creating a form field in an already created pdf document. The form is for 5 people to sign there initials, type in the date, and hit a radio button from a choice of three radio buttons. The radio buttons work fine, but the text form field is not working independently. When someone goes into the form to type their initials and then go to the Date form, that person's initials automatically fill in everyone else's initials form area. Do you know how to prevent this so that all the form areas are independent?

Re: Do not want Auto Fill Forms
You need to give each text field a unique name. It sounds to me like they all have the same name.

George, you are correct. As simple as that was, I did not see it. Thank you!!!
