Document Management
We have six ID users who all touch documents at different times. I need a document management system or manual process that will allow me to administer various versions of the same document across multiple users, manage the links to graphic files, and know who touched a document last. I have been looking for third-party doc mgmt software, but it's really expensive (like 10 times the cost of ID). Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Tom Hudson

Document Management
I am looking at getting Contribute for a customer so that they can make edits
to their website (which I created in dreamweaver) without the fear of the
fabric of the website being destroyed.
Does Contribute also have a document management feature that tracks changes to
documents that are published on the website along with the history/archive of
the documents that have been edited, a checkout/check-in feature would also be
handy.
This would ideally be for the web pages themselves as well as PDF files and
publisher/ word docs.
I know thats asking a lot of a product that is less than $100 but if it does
this I would purchase immediately.
If contribute does not do this, I will probably buy it for the website
lockdown ability alone, if this is the case, does anyone have any document
management software recommendations including online document management for a
fairly small business (5 employees need to regularly make changes to documents
from different departments).
