anyone help me replicate it in flash. I'm new to the program and i would
really like to know how the circular effect was done. thanks

search for Picture Window Fever, or for Just So Picture Window. These are
two extensions for Dreamweaver (the first is free and the second is
commercial) that work pretty well for just this application.
