Default Does Contribute have to be purchased for every site?

I was considering purchasing Contribute; however, if it must be installed on
the client's workstation, then does the web designer have to purchase a new
copy of Contribute for every new site created? I assume it cannot be downloaded
multiple times... If this is the case, should the designer use Contribute while
building the site, or can the client's site be configured "on the fly"?

You buy your copy and you can work on any websites you want.
Your client buy its own copy and can work on any websites he wants.

    That's all

If you buy a copy of Contribute for your client you will have to sell the
software back to your client. Not really interesting for you (think about taxes
or vat) neither for your client.
