Default Does size matter? People can't open my 5.8 mg Acrobat 6 file. Pls. help

I created an Acrobat slide show of sorts of my photgraphy. Each image fades into the next every 5 sec. The doc. opens in full screen mode and when you click on the first image an ebedded song is heard. It works great for some but others can't open it or a feabled version opens.
    The size is 5.8.

Since it's a promotional piece it's important that i get this right.

Can i take the 6 version doc and dumb it down to 5???
Or is there something else a foot?

    My thanks in advance

OK - so what exact error/problem do they all experience?

Is there a specific error code/dialogue box?
