Well things that you didn't tell us would include, did you install Pub 2002
Services packs 1, 2, 3, and what version(s) of Netscape are you referring
to.
I recommend you visit [url]http://www.davidbartosik.com/pub2002.htm[/url] and read the
first four articles, and then the article on Netscape.
Then make sure all 3 service packs are installed.
Also review the FAQ page for "gotcha's".
After that if you still have something unanswered stop back in and post your
progress.
