I have exactly the same problem.
Even tried setting up another account, but no joy.
I'm using an Intel Mac and Safari.

Re: Don't receive mail to download trial
Same problem here. I want to update 3 to 3.11.
And now I can't even get 3.11 English as an option on the download page.

Re: Don't receive mail to download trial
Contribute was a part of a proposal i was making for a job.
The proposal may have been more convincing if i had played around with
Contribute before i sent it off to the potential client!
Anyway, it doesn't matter now. I won't bother putting Contribute in any future
proposal unless the demo problem is fixed.
