down but not out
my site is now up and running but when i delete my
current website to update a bettered version i find that
even tho the files of the old site are deleted on my pc,
and my site provider, it still exists in cyberspace...how
can i delete it?

If you deleted the files on your computer, and at the I.P., they are gone.
What do you mean they are still in cyberspace?
If you still can visit the site you didn't delete the files on the I.P.
while connected with a ftp.

Browser cache.
In IE go to tools, internet options.
You can set cache settings, delete cached files, and cookies, delete
history, etc.
