Downloading Photoshop CS in the UK

Dear Forum,

A couple of questions...

Am I allowed to download Photoshop CS? I live in the UK but see there's a US version of Photoshop CS I can download. Is this possible? I can also take advantage of the favourable exchange rate at the moment!!! Is there any differences between the two versions? Any guidance would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Don't you have to have a US billing address for your credit card. Adobe UK won't support you either if you do get it to work.

If you download from the Adobe Store, you need to use either IE or Netscape because
Safari does not work properly with the Adobe site. It obstructs the Adobe Download Manager which prevents the completion of your Download.
