Drafts Not Available for Publish
Using Contribute CS3 and CPS. Draft is sent for review. It is reviewed by
the admin. Admin goes to "publish" and Contribute says that the Draft is not
available to publish. The person who created the draft - his PC was on. Any
ideas on why this happens?
