Drag and drop from Photoshop to InDesign
Hi,
I wonder why it's not possible to drag and drop from Photoshop 7.01
and Photoshop CS into InDesign 2.02. It's possible from Photoshop to
InDesign CS but it seems that it's only the screen version you'll get
in InDesign (the Links palette is empty).
I find it quite strange that I can drag and drop from my file browsers
(ThumbsPlus 6.0 and ACDSee Classic) to InDesign but not from Photoshop
to InDesign.
(WinXP Pro SP1).

Re: Drag and drop from Photoshop to InDesign
I believe, but haven't tried, that you can drag from the PS file browser
right to ID.

You're right Bob. I can't do it from Photoshop 7 to InDesign 2> file browser right to ID.
or from Photoshop 7 to InDesign CS but I can do it from the file
browser in Photoshop CS to both InDesign 2 and InDesign CS and
when it's done from the file browser to InDesign, you'll get
the path to the file in the Links palette. Thanks. :)
Unfortunately I don't use the file browser that much because
it's far too slow on my computer, but that's another story.
