Drag and drop within InD. CS

I did a search but curiously did not find an answer. Is it possible to highlight text, and drag and drop it, all within Indesign CS? Like you can in Word?

Not yet. It's been a frequent feature request. Maybe next time.

It would be a particularly useful feature in Story Editor. This is one of
the downsides of using Story Editor compared with a word processor/text
editor. The ability to select a range of text and drag a copy to a new
position would also be extremely useful.
