:confused;

I am working with the tutorial" Adding the Drag Layer Behavior in Dreamweaver
MX" found at

Step Number 1 of the second section entitled "Adding the Drag Layer behaviors
" says "Drag the monsters over the correct targets, as shown in the screenshot"
(to be done in Dreamweaver) but Dreamweaver will not allow me to do this. WHen
I attempt to position the image over the first one, it just bumps up in front
of or behind the main image. Does anyone know why this is happening or what I
can do to correct it? I cannot continue the tutorial because dreamweaver won't
do what the tutorial tells me to do.
