drawing concentric circle
I am trying to draw concentric cirlces like a bull eye. I want to then use the text tool to put text in each circle. I drew 2 cirlces using the elipse tool with shift held down and on cirle is on top of the other. I can't see both at the same time. I'd like to draw 8 concentric cirles or so. Any suggestions?

(foci) of the circles. I'd hold down the shift and option/alt keys to
drag the circles out from the center, watching the Info panel to get the
correct size.

Another option is to Expand the stroke, depending upon your fill needs.
