Just a few a from a google search to start. If you bought the user guide
with your DW software then you've already got a book to get you started. If
not try this book. The authors know their stuff.

Hope that helps.

Check DW's F1 Help for Library items, Templates, or Server-side includes.
Any of those would do the trick for you.
Uhhh - no. But then I don't really understand your question.> Is it true that website size will

Dreamweaver
My friend and I are collaborating on her Web site. She is using Contribute,
while I am using Dreamweaver. She doesn't seem to need my help much anymore, so
I am thinking of undefining her site in my Dreamweaver. If I do this, will
everything be ok with her site, and will she be able to work on it on her own
utilizing Contribute? Thank you!

Re: Dreamweaver
My understanding is Yes. As long as all the files your friend needs are located
on a remote site that she connects to, you don't need to keep this site defined
in Dreamweaver. The assumption I'm making is that you also connect to this
remote web server, and that it's not running on your PC.
That said, if she is using Templates that you created in Dreamweaver, you
might want to keep a backup of the connection information for the site, and a
copy of the sites files/Templates locally just incase she ever needs the
Template to be updated.
The general rule of "if in doubt, make backups" definitely applies here.
Hope this helps

Dreamweaver
confused;
I converted several .doc and .xls files to .pdfs and included the file names
of the converted files in my coding. However, when I link to the files in my
browser (IE), I am getting a message that the page cannot be displayed. Is
there something that I should be doing in order for Dreamwever to recognize the
..pdf files?
Thanks:

As your question not extension related, you would be better of posting your link and your question over in the DW general group.
