Dreamweaver 3 and Win XP - Macromedia Dreamweaver

I have been using Dreamweaver 3 and we are looking at getting a new computer with Win XP. I am trying to find out what kind of problems I might encounter. I would like to head them off at the pass if possible. Any help would be appreciated....

Dreamweaver 3 is a very old version of Dreamweaver, and was not designed
for multi-user environments like Windows 2000 or XP. As such, if you
even manage to install and run it stably, you may encounter other errors
along the way. I would recommend upgrading to Dreamweaver MX, which was
designed with Windows XP in mind.
