Dreamweaver in and of itself will do some pretty good basic functionality.
Beyond that, for productivity, I like the Ultrasuite
(http://www.ultrasuite.com) and I have a handful of stuff that make my life
easier such as Tom Muck's Horizontal Looper (http://www.tom-muck.com) and
the Advanced Conditional Region from the DMX Zone (http://www.dmxzone.com).

However .. and please read this part .. there is no substitution for
learning some good coding. DW does not do it all. Invariably, you will
find a situation the extensions don't solve and being able to flip to code
view and write some hand code is essential. There are a multitude of
tutorials .. there are a mountain of good books .. pick the server model you
want to work with (ASP, ASP.net, Cold Fusion, PHP) and dive in.
