dreamweaver bug? RAM issue? Server tech Problem? orwhat?
:frown;
Ok, so if anyone has any info please help!!!!!! So, I'll attampt to make it
brief. As of today, as I was attempting to finish up the last few chapters of
my "Studio MX 2004 Training from the source" tutorials which require that I
created a DSN for my site in order to display the database file that I need to
work with, the application quit "unexpectedly" . Thinking it was a farce, or
random occurence i tried about 6 more times and even installed the 7.0.1
updater, but to no avail. Every time I tried to connect to a database, using
PHP or any server technology for that matter it quits; wouldn't even let me
define anything. Ahhhhh! I'm frusttrated to say the least, because i want to
learn how to build dynamic pages and this stupid bug, glitch or whatever is
preventing me from doing so. I need help. has anyone else had this happen, I
mean it's a specific problem but dealing with a task that anyone who builds
dynamic pages would have to go through. And just so all the details are clear
this is happening on a Mac 10.3, connecting to a remote site/server, MX2004, w/
the latest updater, and it's happened consitently, even after uninstalling and
reinstalling the app.
