Dreamweaver Crash Issue

I have some downloaded for phpadmin that is supposed to reside in my site's
root folder; however, whenever I add these files to my root folder, it causes
Dreamweaver to crash on startup when opening the site. I'm using Max OSX with
Dreamweaver MX. I have a version of Go Live (which I don't like) that seems to
open fine, even after defining my site. Since I really don't want to resort to
using GoLive (I hate it), what can I do to fix this?
