Default Dreamweaver not communicaing with Coldfusion MX

Using Dreamweaver 2004 and SQL 7.0...XP Pro SP2...

I finally got Coldfusion Installed MX 7 and now either through homesite or
dreamweaver it will not retrieve any data...it seems to just completely go over
the cfquery statements and the cfoutput statements. It worked perfect in
    coldfusion 5.

I was able to set up the datasource in MX7 with no problem. I believe it is a
communication problem and not a version problems as when I set up the RDS, it
says error message of can not commiunicate with Coldfusion server or the http
    is incorrect.

    Any help out there...

Are you uploading locally or to a web host? Make sure that RDS is turned on in the administrator.
