Dreamweaver template questions

The following is from the Dreamweaver 8 help:

"Contribute retrieves new and changed templates from the site only when
Contribute starts up and when a Contribute user changes their connection
information. If you make changes to a template while a Contribute user is
editing a file based on that template, the user won't see the changes to the
template until they restart Contribute."

Does this mean if I makes changes to a template with Dreamweaver, should
Contribute detect the change to the template and auto-update all pages that
use that template?

Secondly, is it possible to change the template used on an existing page
with Contribute? Eg - I have 4 pages using "Template A". Is there any way to
change 2 of those pages to use "Template B" instead.

As for as I know both of those are tasks for Dreamweaver not Contribute. DW
will check its cache for files using a particular template and update them, and
you can also open a page in DW and apply a different template to it.
