Dreamweaver ToolKit is it worth it

I've been looking at the Dreamweaver Toolkit and it seems impressive in what it
can do. However, my question is this. I use ColdFusion to do my development on
my own machine. I can set any of the <cfexecute> tags on my own server.
However, my hosting company will not allow this CF tag to be used, with good
reason.

Since I have done most of this coding by hand in the past and figure the
Developer Tool Kit will save me time. If I use the Kit to develop on my machine
will the code it generates work on the hosting companies website even with the
<cfexecute> tag disabled.

As a PHP user the toolkit is very helpful. Keep in mind that the Toolkit
doesn't have full support for Cold Fusion and ASP. While most of it is
available for those platforms (especially the main stuff such as the forms and
lists etc) some features are not available. You may want to research what
features are not available for Cold Fusion before buying.
