Drop down menu over flash on dream veaver?

I created a drop down menu in fireworks, i importted it into dreamveaver, I put a flash video under the menu, my drop down menu shows up behind the flash content, what do i do?

I'm afraid your only option is to redesign the page so the menu doesn't
drop down over the Flash movie.
