drop down menus clashing with form fields on wintel
as per title - I use the built in drop down menu feature to create.
The page requires a form with fields directly below.
On a mac the drop downs - drop down over the form form fields and function OK
on wintel the drop downs drop down but are obscured by the form input field
(any type - text, list, jump etc)
any ideas? or can someone point me to some better scripting...

All Active content on a page will always rise to the top, so to speak,
including Flash, certain form elements, Java applets, and Active X controls.
This means that each of these will poke through layers. There is not a good
cross-browser/platform reliable way to solve this issue other than moving
the form field or the menu.
