Drop Shadow Knockout - Beginner
Am using Illustrator 10. I added drop shadow to some text, which sits on a raster image. I saved the file as PDF and supplied to printer. PDF looked fine. What I got back: the drop shadow produced white rectangular knockouts in the image - you could not read the text.
Going back to the original artwork, when I select the text with drop shadow and do Object>Flatten Transparency, I get a similar white knockout. How do I fix this? Please help.
