Drop Shadows are pixelatting when printing on press.
Having created a drop shadow of a circle in Illustrator CS using the Effects, Stylize, Drop shadow, the printer that we sent the file to told us that the Drop shadow is pixelatting when printing. It is a spot color and I don't know why this is happening. Any ideas?

Re: Drop Shadows are pixelatting when printing on press.
Go to the effect menu and select "Document Raster Effect Settings" and make sure the resolution is set to High (300 ppi)
That should clear it right up!!
Hope this helps...
