    Default Droplet errors

I create an action, and then create a droplet to go along with it.
(turn PDF files into Jpg, and save them in a specific folder)..

It works great after i create it. A couple days later i get this error:

"Could not run the droplet because of a disk error"

    Both 9.2 and X.2.8, PS-7..

It is just easier dropping the files onto these droplets, and having Photoshop do the work for you! But, i can not seem to keep them working - When i go back, and re create them.. they work great, but again.. a day or so later.. i get the error.

    Any ideas?

Disk error means just that. It's serious. Your drive may be going bad.

The OSX machine is only a few months old.. the 9.2 machine is less than a year old..

    Bad drives already?? hmm.

suppose i'll write this off as Adobe hasn't perfected this area yet.. its such a great idea.. i'll try it again when i upgrade to PS-CS.

    Thanks.

Hard drives can go bad due to a wide variety of reasons, not just age.
