dual core CPUs
I have some scenes with a lot of "heavy" FLV on this. While playing those
movies I see that FPS is much slower than it was set up (30 fps).
Looking for CPU usage in task manager I found that usage doesn't grow up more
than 50% summary of 2 CPU in my "core 2 duo"
I tried to switch off one of "core" so CPU usage of one of them was 100% and
another - 0%.
Is it possible to make all cores working on 100% of their power together?

No. Flash is single-threaded. Only multi-threaded applications can take advantage of multi-core CPUs.
