Duplicated Menu Entries - DW8

Hi all,

I've got a couple of extensions/commands that are making duplicate appearences
in my Commands menu in DW8.

What's going on?

I wouldn't mind os much but this menu is... lenghty and the fewer entries the
better.

It's the annual EM eccentricity parade :-)

Some older extensions used a menus update routine that the new EM does
not support the same way as in MX2004. The more extensions a developer
has, the more likely that there are commands that fall into this
category. It's not a show-stopper, and the few we have will be updated
in the coming months - unless, of course, Macromedia makes an adjustment
to the EM first :-)

Neonix Change Case and a couple of Commands that I have written.

When I add the command to menus.xml, the duplicate menu item appears.
Obviously the process is different for 8.
