DW Anchors in Outlook - Macromedia Dreamweaver

I finally had to switch over to FrontPage to get this to work. I guess it is a Dreamweaver/Internet Explorer problem. If you find anything out just keep me posted. Thanks...

    the obvious question---

what's the difference in source code for the link+anchor between what Dw
    made and what FP made?

So I installed Frontpage on my PC. Inserted the anchors in the HTML-page I want to send via e-mail. They work fine in IE, but keep opening IE instead of scrolling down when I send it as an e-mail. I posted it on http://www.easynet.triadis.be/test/test-Frans.htm, so you can take a look at the HTML code behind it if you want.

Dr. David, am anxious to know how you made it work with FP???

In this newsletter, which I received via e-mail, the anchors work just fine when sending it in e-mail: http://www.proxinews.be/payandgoenews/nl/Newsletter/news_13/news13.html. I compared the code of these 2 newsletters, but didn't find a difference. Note however, I only know basic basic HTML.

All help is well appreciated (I've already read about relative vs http links, and that's not it). I know many people are in the opinion that HTML mails should be kept simple and without anchors, but since I'm doing this on demand of one of our customers, I can't refuse, nor convince them of this...
