dw template

i would like to create another page using my index template what is the easiest
way to do this? i would have to make everything editable before doing so
correct? also i would like my webpage translated into "bulgarian" how would i
make that possible? i see there is an option for "language" in my div tags, but
when i select a another language nothing happens. what am i doing wrong?

This is a DW template? FILE | New > Templates > site name > template name >
Create.

Huh? I sense that you have not read the F1 Help files about templates and
how to use them.

You would either have to have two independent sites, or a site controlled by
a content management system that contains both language's content.

Expecting something to do a translation for you? DW has no such capability.
If you want a translation you will have to hire a translator to do it.

thanks. one more question what purpose does the language div tag serve?

It can be used by some browsers to affect character rendering within the
div, e.g., text ligatures, or diacritical marks, I believe.
