dw template
i would like to create another page using my index template what is the easiest
way to do this? i would have to make everything editable before doing so
correct? also i would like my webpage translated into "bulgarian" how would i
make that possible? i see there is an option for "language" in my div tags, but
when i select a another language nothing happens. what am i doing wrong?

It can be used by some browsers to affect character rendering within the
div, e.g., text ligatures, or diacritical marks, I believe.
