dynamic CFDOCUMENT type
I am developing a report where the user chooses web, pdf, or flashpaper. It is
easy to choose between PDF or Flashpaper, bu tif the user wants web I cannot
use the same template with the cfdocument tag.
Suggestion: Add 'HTML' or 'normal' or 'default' as valid cfdocument types.
