Dynamic Form Layout Design
I am looking for some suggestions on something I would like to accomplish. I
just demo'd a .net application that allowed the customer to go into an edit
mode and physically move the form fields around the screen so that each
customer could customize how a particular form was displayed. Is this
something that is doable with coldfusion?
Has anyone ever dealt with building almost a wysiwyg form editor.
Any suggestions or pointers would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Bruce

Re: Dynamic Form Layout Design
This is really not a question of .NET or ColdFusion. This sort of functionality
can only really be achieved with DHTML or Flash. So once you have that built
then you can use ColdFusion to provide the data integration.

Re: Dynamic Form Layout Design
Thanks for the responses, wasn't sure about the asp.net stuff. I do not use it
but it appears that it includes something called form controls that allow you
to do this.
I did find a script that seems pretty cool and i am gonna try to integrate it
into my application.
