Dynamic List/Menu Drop Down

I'm creating a form where a user selects their state from a dynamic drop-down
list (which is pulled directly from a table in my access database), once they
choose their state, a second dynamic drop-down menu should list all the cities
in that state (which should also be pulled directly from a different table in
my database). they then complete the form and all their info is stored in the
user table of the database.

I can't find any information on this but I'm sure it's possible, please help.
I've been wrecking my brains trying to figure this out.
