Dynamic preview of customized PDF
Anyone know how to duplicate this functionality in CF? Especially the dynamic
preview of your customizations as a PDF? (Click View Proof) Also, how would the
PDF retain the formatting of the text? If possible, I may try something similar.

You can do that pretty simply in CF7, look into cfdocument.
