    Default Dynamic Website Question

I am interested in converting a static website into a dynamic site, and would
like a few suggestions as to what would be the best type of scripting language
(ASP, PHP, etc...) and database (Access, FoxPro, etc...) to use, with the
exception of ColdFusion. I've used ColdFusion in the past, but due to the high
cost of hosting a ColdFusion site, it would not be advisable to my clientele.
Is there a highly favored combination amoungst developers. Please advise !!!

PHP/MySQL is the best choice for most things.
