Dynamically Adding Fields to Form

Anyone have any ideas on how to dynamically add input fields to a flash form
with action script?

I need the user to be able to add fields on the fly without submitting the
form, and predefining the number of fields before the loading of the form is
not sufficient.

Any held would be greatly appreciated.
