Default dynamically change page sizes according to theresolution of the visitor

I am very new to all of this and have question that may be very easy to answer
(I hope)

I've created my site http://geronimo-arkwright.com/GeronimoArkwright-Home.htm,
and looks great on my pc but crappy on any other PC due to the page sizes. I've
been advised that there is away to dynamically change page sizes according to
the resolution of the visitor. How is this done???? Can anybody explain in a
very easy way to fix this??
